1. Returns & Eligibility

• We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of the original purchase date.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

• Opened or used products, digital content, and clearance items are generally non-refundable.

2. Initiating a Return

• To start a return, please contact us first at support@cleanimplaet.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

• Do not send the product back until you receive authorization and instructions from our support team.

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

• Please note that the refund amount will be processed in US Dollars ($).

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) with photos of the issue. We will work quickly to replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

5. Shipping

• Remember, we ship worldwide. If an international package is refused due to duties or taxes, the customer is responsible for any resulting shipping and handling charges.
